Employment

The Covenant School seeks individuals who love the LORD, their families, others, and learning. We employ teachers and staff members who have a passion for the subject/grade levels they teach, as well as a desire to partner with parents in helping students grow.

Our Grammar teaching positions are part-time and compensated for a three-day workweek (two days at the central campus and one day of lesson planning/grading at home). Dialectic and Rhetoric teachers (6th - 9th grade) are typically on our main campus three days each week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

A few questions we ask our teachers:

  • Do your students feel known by you?

  • As your students are learning, are they experiencing joy and even great fun?

  • Are students in your classroom cooperating more than competing?

  • Are you regularly pointing kids to Jesus and the Gospel through your lessons?

  • Does the conversation in your classroom lead to family conversations at home?

Anticipated Openings for the 2024-2025 Academic Year:
